We constantly innovate new ideas and ways to recycle old materials and products because we believe that is the future of fashion. Rather than depleting the natural resources of the environment, we try to recycle and reduce dependency. This also helps to reduce the usage of water, energy and overall the carbon footprint of the product. We have created a range of products which are primarily 100% recycled and used only recycled cotton and recycled polyester. We call them Zero waste products due to the nature of the raw materials used in the product.

Waterless process

We use the dope dying method to dye the recycled polyester batch. This unique process requires no water while dying the polyester. The colour is infused during the extrusion stage into the molten plastic resulting in zero water usage in the process. On the contrary, the conventional dying process requires a large amount of water and is a growing concern for the sustainable process.

Circular production

We use recycled cotton from post-industrial cut waste for our recycled cotton yarn production. This recycled cotton then is mixed with recycled polyester to create a 100% recycled product. We value the circular production system and through our production process, we apply the same ideology to create a circular system where we reuse the wastage of the past and create products for tomorrow.

Recycling

We convert 8 million pet bottles per day into 140 tonnes of recycled polyester staple fiber per day. Using a state of the earth factory we have our entire process made in-house starting from the pet bottle collection, converting them into flakes and finally melting them into the desired yarn. Our entire production line follows a lean process system and reduces significant production time, waste reduction and manpower wastage.

Transperant process

Our vertically integrated infrastructure enables us to become completely transperant and streamlined. From the stages of pet bottle collection till the final product, the entire process is mapped on our inhouse blockchain technology helps us to identigy any issue during the supply chain.



Ethical manufacturing

We work as a family and believe in unity. Through various CSR programs, we ensure that we maintain the social welfare of our staff and workers. With our in-house hostel facility, 24 hours running canteen and medical assistance we take utmost care of the health and safety of our employees. The entire ecosystem of the hostel is built as a self-sufficient unit producing its bio gas and vegetables within the factory premises.We practice an ethical work environment, gender equality and standard work-life balance. We conduct various workshops and classes to teach our woman employees to make them self-empowered.
