Wasserloses Färben:

Die Farbpigmente werden bereits bei der Garnherstellung ohne Wasser hinzugefügt, wodurch Färbebäder überflüssig sind. Dies geschieht durch Mischen von Polymer und Färbemittel in einer Extruderschnecke. So entsteht ein gefärbter Faden, der ebenso abriebfest und stabil ist wie herkömmlich gefärbte Fäden.

PET RECYCLING:

Sämtliche Polyestergarne aus der neuen Switcher Kollektion, stammen aus PET recyceltem Polyester. Unsere eigene Fabrik rezykliert über 70% Flaschen welche vom lokalen Markt (Indien) kommen. Das gesamte Switcher Polyester Sortiment besteht aus recycelten Polyester Stapelfasern. Unser Indischer Partner und Produzent Sulochana verarbeitet täglich 5,5 Millionen PET-Flaschen zu recycelten Polyester-Stapelfasern. Sämtliche innovativen Projekte unseres Partners werden aus erneuerbaren Quellen gefördert und der Stromverbrauch ist zu 100% erneuerbar.
