Terms and conditions of Switcher Trading Sàrl, www.switcher.com

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products in the online store of Switcher Trading Sàrl (switcher.com) and to all information, documents, graphics, films and/or all other services provided in the online store or by Switcher Trading Sàrl. The drawings, illustrations, pictures, sample collections, specifications, technical data, descriptions of weight, dimensions and performance shown are not binding and deviations from the final product may occur. Prices and products are subject to change without notice. All prices are non-binding. In order to fully use the online store, including adding items to the shopping cart and the payment process, you must set your browser to allow cookies as well as pop-ups. Conclusion of Contract and Cancellation
By viewing our products, you are invited to submit a purchase offer in the form of an order. If we accept your offer or order, you will generally receive an email confirmation within one hour. Of course, we will also notify you by email if we are unable to accept your order. If the goods are unavailable despite the acceptance of your order, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we undertake to inform you of the unavailability of the ordered goods and will refund the purchase price if your credit card has already been charged. Order quantities must correspond to normal household quantities. Please note that the online sale of our goods is exclusively limited to SWITZERLAND and LIECHTENSTEIN.

Discounts and special offers 

1. General Rule: All discounts, promotional prices, coupon codes, loyalty points, special offers, and other price reductions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “discounts”) generally cannot be combined and cannot be applied simultaneously to the same order or the same item.

2. Exception – Promotions That May Be Combined Multiple benefits may be combined only if the respective promotion explicitly states in writing that they are “combineable” or “cumulative.” This exception applies only to the specifically designated benefits and exclusively to the extent described in the respective promotion.

3. Exception – Gift Certificates in CHF Gift certificates denominated in Swiss francs (CHF) are exempt from the combination restriction set forth in Section 1. Since gift certificates are treated as a form of payment and do not constitute a discount within the meaning of this provision, they may be redeemed regardless of ongoing promotions, special prices, or other discounts. The gift certificate will be applied to the remaining invoice amount after all applicable discounts have been deducted.

4. Procedure in the Event of an Unauthorized Attempt to Combine Offers If multiple offers are claimed simultaneously without explicit permission to combine them, Switcher Trading Sàrl is entitled, at its sole discretion, to apply only one of the claimed offers—typically the one with the highest discount value for the customer. There is no legal entitlement to the application of a specific benefit.

5. No Legal Entitlement to Benefits Benefits are provided on a voluntary basis and without acknowledging any legal obligation. There is no entitlement to the benefits offered. Benefits may be discontinued, modified, or revoked at any time and without prior notice, unless they have already been confirmed in writing.

6. Misuse If Switcher Trading Sàrl suspects that vouchers, discounts, or other benefits are being misused, it reserves the right to cancel the benefit in question. 

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Address and Delivery Area Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Switcher Trading Sàrl ships within Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, and to select European countries.

2. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Threshold Shipping costs for orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein range from CHF 7.50 to CHF 21.50, depending on the selected shipping method (see Section 3). For orders totaling CHF 125.00 or more (including VAT), shipping costs for standard shipments within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein are automatically waived. For orders under CHF 125.00, shipping costs will be charged according to the selected shipping option. This does not apply to express shipping or deliveries outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. 

3. Shipping Partners and Shipping Options Switcher Trading Sàrl ships all orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein exclusively via Swiss Post AG.

The delivery times listed are estimates provided by Swiss Post AG and are not guaranteed by Switcher Trading Sàrl. For PostPac Priority, Swiss Post generally guarantees delivery on the next business day following handover by Switcher Trading Sàrl.

4. Delivery Timeframe Switcher typically ships all items within 3 business days of dispatch. If an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately. In such cases, Switcher Trading Sàrl reserves the right to split the order or offer an alternative delivery date.

5. Shipping Days and Order Cutoff Times Under normal order volumes, orders received by 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.

For urgent shipments, please contact Switcher Trading Sàrl in advance by email or phone so that we can determine whether priority processing is possible.

6. Delivery Delays and Disclaimer of Liability Delivery delays caused by third parties—in particular Swiss Post AG—are beyond the control of Switcher Trading Sàrl. Claims for damages arising from such delays are excluded.

If an ordered item is no longer available in Switzerland, delivery may be delayed by a few days. All prices include 8.1% VAT.

Purchase on account with payment option Powerpay

As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice receivable and handles the corresponding payment arrangements. When purchasing on account, you agree to comply with POWERPAY’sTerms and Conditions in addition to our own (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns Portal: Returns must be registered via Switcher’s official returns portal before the merchandise is sent back: 👉 https://switcher.com/a/service

We cannot guarantee that returns sent in without first being registered in the portal will be properly assigned and processed.

2. Return Period Ordered goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to mail the goods on time (the postmark serves as proof of the date of mailing). The purchase contract becomes void upon Switcher Trading Sàrl’s receipt of the properly returned goods.

3. Return Shipping Costs and Proper Addressing The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns must be shipped exclusively in accordance with the instructions in the returns portal. If the goods are returned without following the return instructions or to an incorrect address, Switcher Trading Sàrl reserves the right to charge the sender for any additional costs incurred as a result (e.g., redirection fees, return shipping costs).

4. Shipping Time and Processing Times Returns sent via PostPac Economy typically arrive at Switcher Trading Sàrl within 3–4 business days. Returns are usually processed within 3 business days; however, during periods of high order volume, the processing time may be extended to up to 6 business days.

5. Refunds and Size Exchanges Refunds are typically processed within 24–48 hours after the return has been processed. The same applies to size exchanges: The replacement shipment will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and inspection of the return.

6. Returning Kickbag Shipping Bags Every shipping bag from Switcher Trading Sàrl contains an enclosed return label intended exclusively for returning the shipping bag itself. The bag can thus be easily and free of charge returned to Switcher Trading Sàrl and reused. This return label must not be used for returning products or goods. For product returns, only the method described in Section 1 via the returns portal is permitted.

Warranty and Liability

1. Warranty Period For all products purchased through switcher.com or at Switcher Trading Sàrl stores, the warranty period is 12 months from the date the goods leave the Switcher Trading Sàrl warehouse.

2. Warranty Claims In the event of a warranty claim, the affected products must be returned directly to Switcher Trading Sàrl. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The warranty covers defects that can be proven to be due to defective materials or workmanship and that occur within the warranty period.

3. Warranty Coverage. At Switcher Trading Sàrl’s discretion, warranty coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the invoice value of the defective goods. Any further claims by the buyer are excluded.

4. Exclusion of Warranty and Limitation of Liability The warranty does not cover, in particular, damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear, as well as consequential damages. Any modifications or repairs made without the written consent of Switcher Trading Sàrl or the manufacturer, as well as failure to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, will void the warranty.

Privacy Policy

All personal data is treated confidentially and stored solely for the purpose of conducting business. Data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for order processing (e.g., to shipping service providers). Switcher Trading Sàrl complies with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). For further information, please refer to the separate privacy policy on switcher.com


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts between the customer and Switcher Trading Sàrl are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of international private law. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is Frick (AG), Switzerland.
