I had 15 “Whale” T-shirts from 2014 that I loved. They were still in perfect shape after 10 years of heavy washing. Unfortunately, they’re now worn out. So I bought 10 new T-shirts, but unfortunately, after the first wash, all of them lost their shape so badly that I couldn’t even wear them to work. They became very short and baggy at the bottom, with the neckline very tight.
So if you want a durable T-shirt, look elsewhere.

Based on your description, it seems that the T-shirt you purchased is our Event model, an entry-level 150-gram T-shirt, rather than one of our premium models like the Bob or the Pablo. Unfortunately, the quality and durability aren’t comparable—the Event isn’t designed for intensive or professional daily use.
That said, what you’re describing (deformation after the first wash) isn’t normal, even for this model. Could you please provide us with your order number? The material is of very high quality; the fabric is sturdy and doesn't shrink in the wash. The colors are also really vibrant and stay that way. The color selection is the icing on the cake. Great product!
