Successful Grand Opening: The first Switcher Shop in French-speaking Switzerland is here!

Sustainable fashion made from organic cotton is now available in Bulle—Switcher opens its largest Swiss store at Grand-Rue 9 in Bulle (FR)

On July 28, 2026, the big day finally arrived. Switcher, the Swiss pioneer in sustainable and fair fashion, opened its first standalone store in French-speaking Switzerland. Located at 9 Grand-Rue in Bulle, the team is now welcoming customers to a store that is also the largest Switcher store in Switzerland.

A Milestone for Switcher in Western Switzerland

With the opening in Bulle, Switcher is taking another important step in the expansion of its retail network and is now present in French-speaking Switzerland for the first time with its own store. The new store is taking over the space formerly occupied by the Street25 store, which Alain Waridel successfully managed for over five years. His well-established team was taken on in its entirety by Switcher; continuity and a strong local presence were particularly important to the brand in this process.

Angelica Sticchi, Switcher’s sales manager, was visibly enthusiastic at the opening: She said the opening in Bulle sends a strong signal about Switcher’s continued presence in French-speaking Switzerland.

On-site, Elodie Ludecke, as store manager, will be responsible for putting the Switcher spirit into practice on a daily basis—with a team that already knows the neighborhood’s customers very well.

Sustainable fashion for the whole family

The new store in Bulle offers the complete Switcher collection for the whole family. From the well-known GOTS-certified organic T-shirts, available in over 15 colors, to sustainable basics for kids and select bestsellers from the Brax Raphaela pants brand. This makes Bulle a true go-to destination for anyone who values fair and eco-friendly fashion without compromising on style or quality.

A large crowd and many happy customers

There was already a buzz of activity in the new store on opening day. Numerous customers took the opportunity to experience the new store and Switcher’s sustainable collection firsthand. The excitement and positive feedback on site confirm once again just how great the demand is for locally rooted, sustainable fashion in the Bulle region.

Opening Reception and Discount Week

If you missed the grand opening, you can catch up right away. On July 31, starting at 11 a.m., Switcher is hosting an opening reception with small gifts, drinks, and snacks. In addition, all visitors will enjoy a 20% discount on the entire product line throughout the opening week (through July 31, 2026).

Switcher Continues to Grow in Switzerland
